Advance Payment Policy

Shop Stress-Free with Bhairavi Reserve.

Reserve your favorite saree with a small advance and pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery.

How It Works

  • Pay an Advance – ₹800 to ₹1,500 (depending on the saree value).
  • We’ll Reserve Your Saree – Your saree is carefully packed and prepared exclusively for you.
  • Pay the Balance on Delivery – The remaining amount is payable to the delivery partner.
  • Free Shipping – Available across India on all orders for complete payments.

Exchange Policy (India Only)

We are happy to offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please send the video to us on WhatsApp at +91-9235106191.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. The replacement shipment will be sent by Bhairavi Vastram at no additional cost.
  • A slight color variation (approximately 5–10%) is natural in handloom and handcrafted sarees due to lighting, photography, and the weaving process.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To help us resolve concerns fairly and efficiently, a continuous unboxing video starting from sealed packaging is required for defective or incorrect items. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Advance Payment Policy

  • The advance amount reserves the saree exclusively for you and is therefore non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refused at delivery.
  • In the event of an approved exchange due to a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage, the advance paid will be adjusted against the replacement order.
