Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Bhairavi Vastram™, each saree is thoughtfully curated, carefully inspected, and securely packed before dispatch. We believe in transparent and fair practices, and we request you to kindly read the policy below before placing an order for a smooth shopping experience.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
  • Refunds are applicable only in rare cases where Bhairavi Vastram cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability.
  • Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method as per standard banking timelines.

Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, minor color differences due to screen settings, or styling expectations.
  • As we currently deal only in sarees, every piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Policy (India Only)

We are happy to offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • If a defective product is received.
  • If a wrong product is received.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The saree should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A clear unboxing video is required for all defect or wrong-item requests.
  • All exchange requests are subject to internal quality verification.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note of equal value may be issued for future use.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To help us resolve concerns fairly and efficiently, a continuous unboxing video starting from sealed packaging is required for defective or incorrect items. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Shipping Policy for Exchanges

  • Free shipping is included on all domestic prepaid orders.
  • In approved exchange cases due to defect or wrong item, reverse pickup will be arranged by Bhairavi Vastram at no additional cost.

Sale / Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales or special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or incorrect item received.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • If Bhairavi Vastram cancels an order, a full refund or credit note will be issued accordingly.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, weave, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted sarees and should be appreciated as part of their uniqueness.
